Red Velvet Cup Cakes by Jessica M

Today I am going to tell you how to make Red Velvet Cupcakes.

Ingredients:

125g Caster sugar,

150g Butter,

2 Eggs,

150g Self raising flour,

4 tablespoons Water,

2 tablespoons Cocoa powder

2 teaspoons Red food colouring,

Method:

Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Put cupcake cases into the baking tray.

Mix the butter and sugar together until smooth.

Add the flour, eggs, cocoa powder, water and red food colouring mix well until there is a thick batter.

Put the mixture into the cupcake cases and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

When done, put them on a cooling rack and enjoy.
